Job Summary:
Daniel Marketing Solutions is seeking a data-driven and innovative Director of Digital Growth Strategy to lead performance marketing and digital expansion initiatives in Doha. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to drive customer acquisition, optimize digital channels, and scale growth across multiple platforms. What you'll do:
- Lead digital growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Drive customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and display
- Analyze data, user behavior, and campaign performance to optimize ROI
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts
- Manage digital budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Implement marketing automation, CRM strategies, and personalization initiatives
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and market segments
- Build and lead high-performing digital marketing and growth teams
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional teams
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
