Regional Director of Beverage Innovation
About This Role
Job Summary:
Kombucha Wow Beverages Trading is seeking a creative and commercially driven Regional Director of Beverage Innovation to lead product development and innovation strategy in Doha. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape a growing beverage portfolio, develop new products, and drive market differentiation across the region. If you have strong experience in beverage innovation, R&D, and product strategy, this role offers high impact, leadership influence, and competitive compensation.
What you'll do:
- Lead beverage innovation strategy, product development, and portfolio expansion
- Develop new beverage formulations, flavors, and concepts aligned with market trends
- Oversee R&D processes from ideation to commercialization
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and supply chain teams for product launches
- Analyze consumer insights, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Optimize product cost, scalability, and production efficiency
- Manage partnerships with suppliers, labs, and external collaborators
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation pipelines
- Build and lead high-performing R&D and innovation teams
Requirements:
- Experience in beverage development, food science, or product innovation
- Understanding of beverage production, formulation, and quality standards
- Ability to lead innovation projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences in beverages
- Leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
