Role overview
Directs strategy and optimization for end-to-end supply chain operations at a designated site.
Oversees procurement, production, logistics, and distribution processes and works with cross-functional leadership to drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate communications and strategies with Business, Commercial, Customer Experience, HR, and Integrated Supply Chain functions.
- Oversee and improve distribution-center and freight processes.
- Lead demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor supply chain metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of supply chain management experience focused on integration and optimization.
- Experience guiding and coaching direct reports and organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Leadership ability, operational-excellence track record, ability to manage priorities and deadlines, sound decision-making, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
