Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze digital, customer, and campaign performance data and recommend opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations; monitor KPIs and report performance.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, optimize audience engagement, and support segmentation, targeting, and audience activation.
• Promote analysis, reporting, visualization, and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with external data and technology partners and contribute to data modernization initiatives.

Skills and experience

• Advanced SQL and experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar; experience creating scalable reporting and KPI frameworks.
• Clear communication of complex analysis to technical and non-technical audiences; stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data compliance; experience analyzing customer, CRM, or digital marketing data.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms and audience activation workflows.
• Python or R knowledge and exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI analytics are listed as additional skills.

Work arrangement
