Responsibilities

• Deliver insights for strategic and operational decisions across the company’s brands.
• Analyse digital, customer, and campaign performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and optimise audience engagement with Customer Marketing, CRM, and Brand Marketing teams.
• Support customer segmentation, targeting, audience activation, KPI monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.
• Promote best practices in data analysis, reporting, visualisation, and governance.
• Work with external data and technology partners and contribute to modernising the data landscape.

Skills and experience

• Advanced SQL skills and experience analysing large datasets.
• Strong experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.
• Experience building scalable reporting solutions and KPI frameworks.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data compliance best practices.
• Experience with CDPs, audience activation, and customer, CRM, or digital marketing data.
• Python or R knowledge and exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI-powered techniques are listed as additional capabilities.
