Role overview

Responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights for customer engagement strategies and share them in suitable formats.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for digital marketing channels and programmes.
• Support reporting solution development and improve existing regular reporting.
• Help build segmentation models for email and mobile personalisation.
• Support customer data warehouse work, investigate issues and help resolve them.
• Analyse multichannel data to understand customers and identify marketing opportunities.
• Support campaign optimisation, customer segment and profile maintenance, and compliant data processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies on data projects, business measurement and programme development.

• Advanced T-SQL querying skills for data extraction, manipulation and modelling.
