Lead delivery for financial-services clients across agile and waterfall engagements.
The posting is intended to fill an existing vacancy for a new position.
Responsibilities
- Provide services to financial-sector clients and manage several Scrum teams or projects with 15 or more members.
- Deliver agile and waterfall projects using time-and-materials, capacity-based, or fixed-price models.
- Own delivery output and quality, serve as the single contact for EPAM delivery issues, and manage employee staffing, rotations, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and monitor schedules and milestones and coordinate team and stakeholder communication.
- Report status, risks, issues, and impediments to stakeholders and senior management daily or weekly.
- Guide teams in using artificial intelligence.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of project or delivery management experience.
- Capital-markets experience and knowledge of the trade lifecycle of at least one financial product.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and building teams from scratch.
- Skills in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
- Demonstrated decision-making, stakeholder communication, and influence.
- Agile mindset, basic AI knowledge, and cloud experience are required.
Preferred qualifications
- Ability to provide technical direction to the team.
- Hands-on experience using AI; strong soft skills and communication.
Workplace
- Must be able to work in the client’s office; frequency will align with the client’s working cadence.
