About This Role
Geary Vaughan Global Solutions Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide administrative support, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with data entry and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
