Job Description

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) at QNB is the frontline employee who handles customer inquiries and ensures a smooth banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries (in branch, phone, or email) about accounts, cards, loans, and transactions

Resolve issues and complaints such as failed transactions, account problems, or disputes

Assist with account services (updates, password reset, fund transfers, etc.)

Promote bank products and services (credit cards, loans, accounts)

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Maintain customer satisfaction and meet service targets (call quality, response time)

Coordinate with other departments for complex

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or related field preferred)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Customer service or banking experience (advantage)

Ability to handle pressure and difficult customers

English required; Arabic is a big advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR7,500.00 per month
