About This Role
Commercial Bank of Qatar provides retail, corporate, and investment banking services across Qatar.
1. Customer service at branch (core duty)
- Assist walk-in customers at bank branches
- Provide quick services such as:
- Statement printing
- IBAN letters
- Card activation
- Account updates (QID, CIF changes)
- Clearance / liability letters
2. Queue & branch flow management
- Help manage customer queues during busy hours
- Reduce waiting time at branches
- Direct customers to correct counters or services
- Assist with appointment and walk-in coordination
3. Digital banking support
- Guide customers to use mobile app and online banking
- Encourage customers to use digital channels instead of branch visits
- Help with basic app or ATM usage
4. Administrative processing
- Receive and verify customer documents
- Forward requests to branch officers for processing
- Monitor status of customer applications
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
5. Customer experience & support
- Handle basic inquiries and service requests
- Provide polite, professional assistance
- Resolve simple issues or escalate complex ones
- Ensure smooth branch customer experience
6. Compliance & policy adherence
- Follow banking procedures and regulations
- Ensure accuracy and security in handling documents
- Maintain bank standards and customer service quality
