Customer Service Representative
About This Role
MSCGP Trading & Business Services W.L.L. is looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to handle client communications and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service and assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain and update customer records
- Assist with order processing and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
