About This Role

A Customer Service / Admin Assistant is a hybrid role that combines front-line customer support with general office administration. The main goal is to ensure customers receive excellent service while keeping daily office operations organized and efficient.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Service Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide information about products, services, pricing, and policies
  • Process orders, bookings, returns, or service requests
  • Maintain a positive customer experience and follow up when needed

Administrative Duties

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, or deliveries
  • Support internal departments with clerical tasks
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Handle basic office coordination (supplies, correspondence, etc.)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Previous experience in admin or customer service is often preferred but not always required

Pay: QAR46,000.00 - QAR76,000.00 per year
