A **Customer Service / Admin Assistant** is a hybrid role that combines front-line customer support with general office administration.
The main goal is to ensure customers receive excellent service while keeping daily office operations organized and efficient.
Customer Service Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about products, services, pricing, and policies
- Process orders, bookings, returns, or service requests
- Maintain a positive customer experience and follow up when needed
Administrative Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Schedule meetings, appointments, or deliveries
- Support internal departments with clerical tasks
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle basic office coordination (supplies, correspondence, etc.)
Skills And Qualifications
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Previous experience in admin or customer service is often preferred but not always required
- Pay: QAR46,000.00 - QAR76,000.00 per year
