Job Purpose
Own the full P&L and general management of the market, leading the local team — including Commercial Directors — to deliver revenue, operational excellence and growth across production, agency/studio and activation services.
Key Responsibilities
- **P&L & business ownership —**
- full accountability for market revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash; deliver against annual budget and growth targets.
- **Commercial oversight & revenue —**
- Commercial Directors report into this role; ultimately accountable for keeping revenue on track.
- Own market-level pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy, and step in to support the team on leads, key client meetings and closing deals when needed.
- **People & general management —**
- lead, coach and develop the local leadership team; own talent, performance and org health, plus day-to-day operations, finance coordination and governance for the market.
- **Domain expertise —**
- deep experience in POSM and retail production houses, and across agencies, studio, design, activation, events and exhibitions.
- **Cross-functional delivery —**
- coordinate factory/production, design and finance to deliver client work to quality, cost and timeline.
- **Production allocation & network optimization —**
- decide where to produce what across the market's factories; own capacity planning and utilization, make-vs-buy (in-house vs outsource) calls, and factory selection to optimize cost, quality, lead time and margin.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong experience managing P&L and multi-functional teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail production or branding industries is preferred.
