Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across
  • POSM, Retail Production, Branding, Agency/Studio, Design, Activations, Events, and Exhibitions

  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers, including Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, Shopper Marketing teams, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand business needs, develop tailored solutions, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
  • Apply value-based selling techniques by presenting business solutions that emphasize quality, creativity, and ROI rather than price competition.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities while ensuring profitable outcomes.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired accounts to the Account Management team, providing complete project and client handover.
  • Develop long-term client relationships that create opportunities for future business growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and provide market intelligence to the Commercial Director.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to strengthen market presence.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline updates, activity reports, and business development forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of Business Development or Sales experience, preferably within
  • POSM, Retail Production, Advertising, Branding, Design, or Events & Exhibitions

  • Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and established relationships with key decision-makers is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong prospecting, networking, and closing abilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
