Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for procurement, indirect services, and business operations.
The role covers contracts in FMCG, F&B, dairy, and poultry industries.
The described contract is 12 months and extendable.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage supplier, vendor, and service-provider contracts.
- Handle contracts for facilities management, maintenance, logistics, transportation, manpower, IT, and other indirect services.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, payment terms, SLAs, and renewal conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial requirements, and applicable UAE laws and regulations.
- Coordinate reviews and approvals with procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams.
- Monitor expiry dates, renewals, amendments, and termination clauses.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Maintain contract records, documentation, and a centralized contract database.
- Support vendor negotiations and monitor compliance with agreed obligations.
- Track contract performance, cost optimization opportunities, and supplier compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of contract management experience; experience in FMCG, F&B, dairy, poultry, or food manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience handling supplier agreements, service contracts, procurement contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and contract lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, payment terms, liability clauses, and contract renewals.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or contract management systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE commercial practices and contract compliance requirements.
