Senior Civil Engineer responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects, as well as facilities management.
Collaborates with architects, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Work location

Responsibilities
- Plan projects based on site conditions, environmental impact, and regulatory requirements.
- Design site development, foundations, and structural elements; prepare specifications and CAD drawings.
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and material requirements.
- Obtain permits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Inspect sites for progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate contractor and supplier bidding and contracts, monitoring schedules and budgets.
- Maintain quality-control procedures and develop construction risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate with clients and maintain project records, reports, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven civil engineering experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices is preferred.
- Project management and communication skills are preferred.
