Role overview

Oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR policies in a fast-paced business environment.

The role is located in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across departments.
  • Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Labour Law and applicable employment regulations.
  • Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS systems.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate with relevant government entities on HR and employment matters where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with HRMS and applicant tracking.
