About the role
The Test Automation & NFT Architect defines the TCoE's overarching automation framework and non-functional testing strategy.
Work location is Sharjah; notice period is immediate to 30 days.
Key responsibilities
- Author the automation test strategy and direct the Shift-Left automation blueprint for all active change requests.
- Design, maintain, and scale the containerized framework and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
- Define baseline performance, load, and stress testing thresholds.
- Evaluate and procure emerging testing tools and define ROI metrics for automation efforts.
Core skill set
- Enterprise test automation framework design, CI/CD pipeline integration, and non-functional requirement definition.
Experience and qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in test automation framework and SDLC design.
- Arabic speaker is mandatory.
- ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer certification is preferred.
