Consolidation & Reporting Specialist

Job purpose

Financial consolidation and reporting

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation across multiple entities and prepare consolidated statements aligned with IFRS.
• Execute intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain consolidation systems and tools such as Prophix and monitor data accuracy and system performance.
• Contribute to management reporting, external financial disclosures, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.

Coordination, audit, and improvement

• Coordinate with divisional finance teams on timely and accurate data submission and communicate reporting requirements and timelines.
• Prepare audit documentation and respond to auditor inquiries in alignment with audit standards and internal controls.
• Participate in initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy and identify enhancements to consolidation and reporting workflows.

General role accountabilities

• Meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules and use resources effectively.
• Provide periodic reports on task execution and deviations; resolve related problems and escalate complex issues.
• Support quality controls, written systems, policies, procedures, and automation opportunities.
• Comply with applicable policies, work instructions, and health, safety, environmental, and quality controls.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of work experience.
• Competencies include accounting methods, financial reporting, coordination and consolidation, and consolidation of cost accounts.
