Commercial Project Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage project financial KPIs, including revenue, costs, gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments, and ensure relevant financial, tax, transfer-pricing, and export-control compliance.
• Manage assets, invoicing, payment receipt and allocation, project forecasting, local and worldwide reporting, and coordination with the offshore CPM organization.
• Manage project guarantees, bonds, insurance, and foreign-currency risks in line with hedging guidelines.
• Support S4EUnify/AGORA ERP implementation as a key user and data steward; document and retain system knowledge, train and support CPM colleagues, and ensure accurate project-data migration.
• Work with the Project Manager to address risks and opportunities and coordinate commercial alignment with customers, subcontractors, offshore teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related qualification.
• Proven Commercial Project Manager experience on long-term or complex C-category projects.
• Experience with ERP/SAP implementations in a project business environment.
• Strong knowledge of FRG and IFRS, project forecasting, budgeting and reporting, asset and cash-flow management, transfer pricing, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and experience in data stewardship and system implementation.
• Expertise in contract and claim management, project risk and opportunity management, and foreign-currency hedging and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills, plus adaptability.
• CPM certification for C-category projects is highly desirable; service or LTSA-sector experience is preferred.
