The client seeks an experienced Collection Officer to manage and recover outstanding customer payments.
The role includes field collections and professional client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
- Visit clients regularly to support timely payment collection.
- Maintain accurate collection activity and customer account records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues.
- Prepare periodic collection and aging reports.
- Negotiate payment schedules when required.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of relevant collection experience, in the construction or elevator industry context.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field visits.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
Location and duration
- The description states Saudi Arabia as the location.
- Contract duration is six months.
