Full-time, on-site Cleaning Supervisor role based in Dubai, overseeing and coordinating daily cleaning operations across assigned facilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan schedules, allocate tasks, and supervise cleaning staff to meet hygiene and presentation standards.
- Monitor cleaning materials and equipment, inspect completed work, and resolve service issues promptly.
- Train staff on cleaning procedures and health and safety practices; maintain records and communicate with site management.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills and experience in commercial cleaning practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a sound understanding of health and safety standards.
- Facilities management or building services supervision experience is beneficial.
- Able to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to operational needs.
- Basic proficiency with scheduling tools or reporting systems; construction or property sector experience is an advantage.
