Leads civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects.

Ensures civil works are safe, cost-effective, and compliant with local regulations and client standards.
Civil works and site execution
- Monitor layout, installation, and pull-out load testing of driven or screw piles for solar racking and tracking systems.
- Direct reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pours for BESS container, inverter, and transformer foundations.
- Conduct field inspections and witness soil compaction, concrete slump and cube, and pile alignment tests against the QA/QC plan.
- Enforce company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental protocols across civil execution activities.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of site execution experience, including at least 2 years of direct field execution on utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects.
