Lean Business / Process Analyst role supporting process improvement across Best Buy’s Brampton distribution centre.
The role analyzes data, identifies opportunities, and works with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement.
Workplace
- On-site role at the Brampton distribution centre.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use FMEA, process mapping, value stream mapping, and Lean Six Sigma to find improvement opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with the Lean team and stakeholders.
- Analyze service performance metrics using root cause and data analysis.
- Identify system improvements that account for budgets and business goals.
- Support business solution implementation and oversee enterprise process and system effectiveness.
- Govern business tools, reports, and applications.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Two years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or equivalent is an asset.
- Knowledge of Agile project management and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
Compensation
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824–$61,920; starting pay considers skills and experience.
