The Lean Business/Process Analyst drives process improvements across the Brampton distribution centre.
The role collaborates with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
This is an on-site role at the Brampton distribution centre.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma methods such as FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping to identify optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with the Lean team and stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics and conduct root-cause analysis across services.
- Identify system improvements while accounting for budgets and business goals.
- Support implementation of business solutions and associated practices.
- Monitor enterprise business processes and performance systems.
- Govern business tools, reports, and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level.
- Two years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of Agile project management and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, critically minded, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is an asset.
Compensation
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824 to $61,920.
- Starting pay considers skills and experience; pay can grow with career development.
