The Lean Business / Process Analyst analyzes data, identifies improvement opportunities, and optimizes processes across the Brampton distribution centre.
The role partners with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
Workplace
- This is an on-site role at the Brampton distribution centre.
What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma methods, including FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping, to identify improvements.
- Gather project requirements with Lean team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause and data analysis on performance metrics across services.
- Identify system improvements that support business performance, budget considerations, and business goals.
- Support business solution implementation and required practices and processes.
- Oversee enterprise process and system performance and govern existing tools, reports, and applications.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level.
- Two years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of Agile project management; familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented, critical thinker able to deliver in a fast-changing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
Compensation
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824–$61,920; starting pay considers skills and experience.
