Lean Business Process Analyst role focused on process improvement across Best Buy’s Brampton distribution center.
The role is explicitly on-site at the Brampton distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma methods, including FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping, to find optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with Lean team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze service performance metrics using root-cause and data analysis.
- Identify system improvements while accounting for budgets and business goals.
- Support implementation of business solutions and required practices.
- Oversee enterprise business process effectiveness and enterprise systems performance.
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level.
- Two years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of Agile project management and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and critically minded.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is an asset.

Compensation
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824 to $61,920; starting pay depends on skills and experience.
