The Lean Business/Process Analyst analyzes data, identifies improvement opportunities, and optimizes processes across Best Buy's Brampton distribution centre.
The role collaborates across functions to deliver continuous-improvement initiatives and more efficient ways of working.
Workplace
- This is an on-site role at the Brampton distribution centre.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma methods, including FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping, to find opportunities to optimize existing processes.
- Gather project requirements with Lean team members and stakeholders; analyze service performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Identify system improvements that support business performance while considering budgets and business goals.
- Support implementation of business solutions and associated practices and processes.
- Oversee enterprise business-process effectiveness and enterprise-system performance; govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher university degree level.
- Two years of process-improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of Agile project management and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Detail-oriented, critical thinking, results-focused, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and strong in written and verbal communication.
Preferred qualification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is considered an asset.

Compensation
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824–$61,920; starting pay considers skills and experience.
