Best Buy is hiring a Lean Business Process Analyst to drive process improvements across its distribution center.
The role is based on-site at the Brampton distribution center.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma methods, including FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping, to find optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with the Lean team and other stakeholders.
- Analyze service performance metrics and identify root causes.
- Identify system improvements that account for budgets and business goals.
- Support implementation of business solutions and related practices.
- Oversee enterprise process and system performance; govern business tools, reports, and applications.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level.
- Two years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of Agile project management; familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication; detail orientation and critical thinking.
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
Compensation
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824 to $61,920.
- Starting pay considers skills and experience; pay may grow with career development.
