The Lean Business/Process Analyst will analyze data, identify opportunities, and optimize processes across the distribution center.
The role collaborates across functions to deliver continuous-improvement initiatives and more efficient ways of working.
Workplace
- This is an on-site role at the Brampton distribution center.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma methods including FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping to find optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with Lean team members and other stakeholders.
- Analyze service performance metrics using root-cause and data analysis.
- Identify system improvements while considering budgetary concerns and business goals.
- Support implementation of business solutions and necessary practices and processes.
- Oversee the effectiveness of enterprise business processes and performance systems.
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level.
- Two years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of Agile project management and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented, critical thinking, and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is an asset.

Compensation
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824–$61,920.
- Starting pay considers skills and experience, with opportunity for pay growth.
