Lean Business/Process Analyst role supporting process improvements across the distribution centre.
The position is explicitly described as on-site at Best Buy’s Brampton distribution centre.
Process improvement duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma principles, including FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping, to identify optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with Lean team members and other stakeholders.
- Perform root cause and data analysis on service performance metrics.
- Identify system improvements that support business performance while accounting for budgets and business goals.
- Support implementation of business solutions and the necessary practices and processes.
- Oversee enterprise business process effectiveness and enterprise system performance.
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
Candidate qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level.
- Two years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of Agile project management and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, critical thinker able to deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Preferred qualification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is an asset.
Compensation
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824–$61,920; a pay cadence is not explicitly stated.
