Lean Business / Process Analyst role focused on analyzing data, finding opportunities, and improving processes across the Brampton distribution centre.
The role is on-site at the Brampton distribution centre.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methods, including FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping, to find optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with the Lean team and stakeholders.
- Analyze root causes and performance data across services.
- Identify system improvements in view of budgets and business goals.
- Support business-solution implementation and oversee process and system effectiveness.
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level.
- Two years of process-improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of Agile project management and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented and able to think critically and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is an asset.

Annualized compensation range
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824 to $61,920; starting pay considers skills and experience.
