The Lean Business Process Analyst drives process improvement across Best Buy’s distribution centre through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Workplace
- This is an on-site role at the Brampton distribution centre.
What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methods, including FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping, to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with the Lean team and stakeholders.
- Analyze service performance metrics and conduct detailed root-cause analysis.
- Identify system improvements while considering budgets and business goals.
- Support implementation of business solutions and related processes.
- Oversee enterprise process and system effectiveness.
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree.
- At least 2 years of process-improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of Agile project management and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
Compensation
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824–$61,920; starting pay considers skills and experience.
