Analyzes data and processes to identify improvements across the Brampton distribution centre.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma principles, FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping to identify optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with the Lean team and stakeholders.
- Analyze service performance metrics using root-cause and data analysis.
- Identify system improvements that account for budget concerns and business goals.
- Support business-solution implementation and associated practices and processes.
- Oversee enterprise process effectiveness and enterprise-system performance.
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or higher university degree level.
- Two years of process-improvement experience in a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of Agile project management and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management and process adoption.
- Detail oriented, critically minded, and able to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is an asset.
Compensation
- Annualized compensation range is $58,824–$61,920; the source does not specify a currency.
