About This Role

Job Summary

Urwa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to drive property acquisition and sales growth across the UAE market. This role focuses on generating new business, building strong real estate partnerships, and expanding Urwa’s services portfolio within the Asset Management ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is both a sales closer and a business builder, capable of bringing in listings, clients, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through Asset Management Company/ Property Management Company, property owners, developers, and real estate brokers.
  • Acquire residential and commercial property listings for leasing and sales purposes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, agencies, AMC and PMC across the UAE
  • Conduct market outreach, networking, and client meetings to expand Urwa’s portfolio
  • Negotiate listing agreements, service contracts, and partnership deals
  • Achieve monthly targets for new listings, partnerships, and revenue generation
  • Coordinate with supply and operations teams to ensure quick activation of properties in the market
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and business opportunities through CRM tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Strong experience in leasing management, including marketing units, tenant screening, and lease negotiations
  • Good understanding of UAE real estate market trends to support pricing and marketing decisions
  • Knowledge of UAE property regulations, compliance standards, and landlord-tenant laws
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and maintenance coordination
  • Ability to monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and support budgeting activities
  • Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and modern property management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred (not mandatory)
