About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate Registration Trustee office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by building strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and corporate clients, while promoting our trustee services for property registration and related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with real estate brokers, developers, and investors
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with agency networks and corporate clients
• Promote trustee services including property transfer, mortgage registration, and Ejari services
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and client visits to generate leads and close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations and market trends
• Prepare reports on business development activities and pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in real estate or trustee services in UAE)
• Strong network within Dubai real estate brokers/developers is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
