Redolent Recycling is an ISO-certified organization specializing in the secure disposal & recycling, of IT equipment and electronic waste.
Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic **Business Development Manager** to expand our client base, build strong partnerships, and accelerate the growth of our e-waste recycling and IT asset recovery services.
The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- **Client Outreach:** Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders across industries.
- **Relationship Building:** Develop, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and collaborative partners.
- **Database Management:** Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, interactions, client information, and business activities.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with different companies and internal teams to develop mutually beneficial initiatives.
- **Pipeline Development:** Identify new markets, opportunities, and areas for business expansion.
- **Proposal & Presentation Support:** Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- **Market Awareness:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in sustainability and recycling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in business development, client relations, or sales (recycling/environmental sector a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and maintain detailed records.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
