Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in IT Solutions and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the UAE market.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a solid technical background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in IT and ELV solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Fire Alarm, Audio/Video, Structured Cabling, etc.).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to design customized solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT and ELV industries.
Participate in tendering and bidding processes, including documentation and proposal submissions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and provide regular reports and forecasts.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT or ELV sector (UAE experience preferred).
Strong understanding of ELV systems, including security, networking, and automation technologies.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
