Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities within the security and facilities management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong familiarity with the UAE market and local business practices
• Proven experience within the security or facilities management industry
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
