About This Role

  • Drive revenue growth across the GCC by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with medium to large organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision makers
  • Execute a consultative sales approach, positioning certification, benchmarking, and insight based solutions as strategic enablers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Develop territory and account plans aligned with regional growth objectives
  • Partner closely with marketing and client success teams to ensure effective lead generation and long term client retention
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the GCC
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting people practices in the region
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
