About This Role
- Drive revenue growth across the GCC by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with medium to large organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision makers
- Execute a consultative sales approach, positioning certification, benchmarking, and insight based solutions as strategic enablers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
- Develop territory and account plans aligned with regional growth objectives
- Partner closely with marketing and client success teams to ensure effective lead generation and long term client retention
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the GCC
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting people practices in the region
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
