YAX is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support business growth, client relationships, and new partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients; build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
- Develop and present business proposals, company profiles, and service offerings; manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend meetings, networking events, and industry functions to represent the company.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activity, leads, and results.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships and communicate confidently with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
