Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development initiatives to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in the Middle East.
Need the candidate who can take care all the aspects for business and having good Business Clients.
This role requires a deep understanding of the staffing industry, in IT And Non-IT consulting, combined with proven expertise in building and nurturing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the region and a track record of successful sales and business development achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Planning and Execution**
- : Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets in the Middle East region.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with key clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize business potential.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**
- : Drive sales activities, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiations to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, marketing, and consulting, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional client service.
- **Reporting and Forecasting**
- : Monitor and report on business development performance, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and key metrics.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and strategic recommendations.
- **Brand Representation**
- : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership in the staffing and consulting sectors.
Qualifications
- **Experience**
- : 8-15 years of proven experience in business development within the staffing industry, specifically focusing on IT and Non-IT consulting sectors
- **Education**
- : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- **Skills**
- :-
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry, IT and consulting.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Network: Established network of industry contacts and decision-makers in the Middle East region.
- Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
