Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Director of Business Development role, located in Abu Dhabi.
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing business plans, and driving strategic partnerships.
The role includes managing client accounts, leading negotiations, and overseeing lead generation efforts to ensure the company reaches its growth and revenue goals.
The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning
- Experience with Lead Generation and identifying market opportunities
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and building strategic partnerships
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage regional business activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a business development or sales organization is highly desirable
