Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories for development pods and iterative product delivery.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations on project scope, requirements, and impact analysis findings.
• Facilitate kickoff, iteration, and estimation Agile ceremonies and communicate priority changes.
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Drive knowledge-base initiatives, training programs, knowledge articles, and end-user training.
• Drive production incident identification, workaround development, and remediation efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 years of industry experience as a business analyst.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for collaboration in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or ADO.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Visio.
• Strong understanding of business analysis practices, Agile delivery frameworks, and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AWS services for enterprise system modernization and data integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Finance domain expertise or relevant finance process experience is preferred.
• Master's degree.
• At least 4 years of Agile or Scrum experience or certification.
• Knowledge of finance or procurement processes.
• Understanding of the airline domain.
