Role Overview

Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide data standards, analytics, insights, and AI.
• Assist senior analysts with data process improvement and standardization.
• Prepare and validate finance datasets.
• Support GenAI solutions, including copilots and automation scripts.
• Build dashboards with AI-driven insights.
• Support data quality and AI-based anomaly detection.
• Document data logic for scalable AI use.
• Maintain and validate finance data mappings and explore AI-assisted reconciliation, mapping, and automation.
• Support finance data governance, including quality rules, controls, lineage, and exception handling.
• Support financial transformation initiatives, project execution, and tracking.
• Track milestones, timelines, and reporting while piloting AI-enabled process automation.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities and contribute to impact-based business cases.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of finance and/or technology experience.
• Experience in finance analytics, data analytics, finance systems, or technology transformation.
• Strong expertise in finance data, reporting, analytics, data modeling, and master data governance.
• Experience with large complex datasets using Databricks, Snowflake, Foundry, SQL Server, or similar.
• Hands-on Power BI and/or Tableau reporting and visualization experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle EDM; Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM are complementary.
• Strong SQL and data analysis proficiency.
• Python experience for analytics, automation, or process improvement.
• Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL/data transformation tools.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools, AI-assisted analytics, and agentic workflows or intelligent automation.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional understanding, motivation, and independent working ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, especially in Analytics or Data Science.
• Experience in the airline or a similar industry.
• Experience with PMO or project management tools such as Smartsheet or JIRA.
• Understanding of finance data standards, governance, controls, and processes across GL, AP, AR, FP&A, and Treasury.
• Experience establishing data definitions, business rules, and reporting standards across functions.
• Exposure to cloud data and analytics architectures such as AWS Data Lake or Azure.
