Job overview and responsibilities

• Design, develop, create, and modify software applications supporting core business functions.
• Participate in software architecture design, development, and planning.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain established software architecture.
• Work in an Agile and DevOps environment to create practical solutions.
• Analyze requirements from business and UX design teams.
• Introduce technologies and best practices to solve business problems.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain platform quality and security.

Minimum qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. in a related technical field, or equivalent experience, education, or training.
• 1–2 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong knowledge of programming paradigms, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and databases.
• Experience with .NET, Angular, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS services including S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS, and EKS.
• Experience writing quality code and delivering quality components or applications on time.
• Experience with component and unit testing using standard practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.

Preferred qualifications

• At least 12 months of full-stack application development experience.
• At least 12 months of experience building RESTful APIs with .NET frameworks.
• At least 6 months of experience building UI components with Angular or similar TypeScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with messaging brokers.
• Familiarity with enterprise DevOps and observability practices.
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, Claude Code, or similar tools.
• Experience with Git or GitHub code repositories.
