Associate Analyst - Operations Performance & Analytics

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Work with operations groups to understand needs and design requirements for data solutions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data ingestion and transformation tables while ensuring data quality and availability.
• Build and maintain datasets, dashboards, and mobile reporting products for operations leadership.
• Assist with automation workflows across functional areas, including Turns and Air Ops performance.
• Maintain a single source of truth for operations data and ensure data integrity through governance.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with operations leaders on projects and new concepts.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or another quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or economics.
• At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and/or data engineering.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
• Working knowledge of BI dashboarding tools; examples include Power BI and TIBCO Spotfire.
• Exposure to technologies or languages such as Python, Spark, and Node for queries, procedures, and formatted reporting.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hindi.
• Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function; successful interview completion is required.

Preferred qualification

• A master's degree is preferred.

Additional beneficial exposure

• Exposure to AI/LLM-based tools and automation frameworks is beneficial.
