Bell Attendant
Role Overview
• Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas
• Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times
• Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services, and amenities to provide accurate information and directions to guests
• Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols and procedures
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated guest service
• Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations

Responsibilities
- Handle guest luggage carefully during arrivals and departures, including loading and unloading.
- Greet guests, provide courteous guidance around the hotel, and coordinate guest flow during busy periods.
- Share accurate information about hotel layout, services, amenities, and directions.
- Follow safety and security procedures; respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues positively.
- Maintain a polished professional demeanor and coordinate service with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping.
- Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to management, and perform other duties supporting hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Previous bellman or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and a team-oriented, proactive approach.
- Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance, personal grooming, and adherence to uniform standards.
- Flexible availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Knowledge of Dubai attractions, dining, and local services; ability to multitask calmly under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and communicating with other departments.
