Role overview
Supports the Outlet Manager with daily food and beverage outlet operations, guest satisfaction, service standards, team efficiency, and financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Support smooth service delivery, brand standards, and a positive guest experience.
- Handle guest interactions, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Supervise, motivate, train, and assign duties to outlet staff.
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, usage, and waste reduction.
- Monitor expenses, support upselling, and contribute to revenue generation.
- Coordinate service, events, and promotions with other departments.
- Report sales, staffing, and guest feedback to the Outlet Manager.
- Resolve operational issues and identify service improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of food and beverage service experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks; detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques.
Compliance and standards
- Maintain compliance with local legal requirements, international and ISO standards, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Oversee compliant food purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices.
- Support resource efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental, social, and ethical sustainability initiatives.
