What you'll do
- Support sales strategies and processes with a customer-centric mindset.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associates and Experts; own an assigned area and coach team members.
- Implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity; perform Service Leader duties.
- Ensure operating procedures and compliance standards are consistently followed.
- Represent the brand, understand the retail landscape, and promote community involvement.
- Use omnichannel capabilities to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
Who you are
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Communicates effectively with customers and team members and can lead, coach, and mentor others.
- Passionate about retail, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and motivated by metrics and business goals.
- Available for flexible scheduling, including holidays, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.
- Able to use retail technology, move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, lift up to 30 pounds, and travel as required.
